Jihyun Baik is a New York–based violinist, soloist, chamber musician, and educator.
Born in South Korea, she developed her passion in the violin under the influence of her mother, who is a violin teacher. She has performed with Sendai Philharmonic Orchestra, Seoul Royal Symphony Orchestra as soloist, and received First Prize at the Euroasia International Competition.
She attended Korea National University of Arts, completed a Master of music degree at Juilliard, and is currently pursuing Doctor of Musical Arts degree at Manhattan School of Music.
